Supports regulation of worry, overthinking, nervous system exhaustion, and feeling ungrounded through the Stomach and Spleen meridians.

The element of clarity, release, and refinement.
Works with grief, emotional heaviness, boundaries, and emotional release through the Lung and Large Intestine meridians.

The element of emotional flow and restoration.
Supports fear, overwhelm, emotional depletion, and trust through the Kidney and Urinary Bladder meridians.
